Primarily, my focus is on assisting the individual user on how to use their computer, phone, printer, and television effectively. I work with you for an understanding of the problem or, as many prefer, for me to just fix the problem and get you back in operation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Instructional Design from San Diego State University and love helping folks get comfortable with technology. For the past 20+ years I’ve worked as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
