Primarily, my focus is on assisting the individual user on how to use their computer, phone, printer, and television effectively. I work with you for an understanding of the problem or, as many prefer, for me to just fix the problem and get you back in operation!
I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Instructional Design from San Diego State University and love helping folks get comfortable with technology. For the past 20+ years I’ve worked as:
-An instructor and speaker.
-Taught classes on Fraud & Internet Safety,
-how to use the Google Suite of programs,
-photoshop,
-3D modeling,
-Microsoft Office
-Informational seminars on using your iPhone or Android phone.
